Sweet Concepts

Some sweets are more than a recipe. They are an idea, a memory rebuilt by hand, a familiar flavour given a new form. Sweet Concepts is our working collection of those creations - each one made in small batches by our karigars, using the same ghee, the same patience and the same recipes we have kept for nearly seven decades.

This is a living selection. We add to it as new ideas leave the kitchen, so what you see here will keep changing with the seasons. If something catches your eye, it is worth trying while it lasts.
